WHAT TO EXPECT
ONE WEEK OF YOUTH SUMMER BOXING CAMP MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9AM-3PM. A boxing youth summer camp is a great way for young people to stay active and learn a new skill. The camp offers a variety of activities to keep the kids engaged and entertained. The camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing, such as proper stance, punching technique, and footwork. The camp also offers a variety of other activities to keep the kids active and engaged, such as running drills, weight training, and agility exercises. The camp also provides a safe, fun, and educational environment for the kids to learn boxing and develop their skills. The camp staff is knowledgeable and experienced in boxing and can provide instruction and guidance to the kids. The camp is a great way for the kids to stay active, learn a new skill, and have a great time. The youth boxing summer camp is a 6 hour day -- breaking the day into three two-hour blocks. The first two hours are dedicated to boxing training, the second two hours are dedicated to physical conditioning and the last two hours are dedicated to rest and relaxation activities such as other sports, crafts, and outdoor games. It is important to ensure that the youth have a balanced day with a mix of physical and leisure activities.
